Mr. Dinesh Garigipati started his career in 2006 by playing a key role as a Supply Associate member of CSA [Compact Support Associate), a US Army Manpower Organization in Kuwait. His role was in supporting the Recruitment ofArmy personnel & deployment of their locations in their operations for a smooth functioning of the Organization as whole.
Then he worked in ICFAI Business School (IBS) as an Asst. Manager and successfully handled the Institutional Sales Team. He initiated a project for the Full Time Campus students called Stipendiary Assignment Program, a unique Earn while you Learn program for the Students. ‘Head Start’, was initiated by him to establish a synergy between the Industry and academic community through Summits and Faculty Development Programs. He played an active role in ‘Young Achievers Program’, (YAP) a strong brand building exercise of IBS conducted nationwide which reached out to 300 colleges across the country and selected the best of talent through a rigorous selection procedure to join IBS. He also showcased himself as a successful event Manager, with the grand success of YAP 2009.
Then he took on the role of a Zonal Manager in the Australian College of Business Management, and coordinatedwith various Universities for accreditation of ACBM programs,appointing franchisees all over India, organizing various Executive Training Programs in MNC, conducting seminars in various colleges for delivery of CRT programs, managing marketing team & monitoring prospects & sales forecasts.
He presently works in The Entrepreneur Zone as Head, Business Development. He holds counseling sessions for aspiring entrepreneurs who are having novel ideas of business. His work profile mainly includes giving presentations, counseling students and converting them into trainees and incubatees who further go on to take entrepreneurial ventures. He also coordinates with academic institutions for tie-ups for running entrepreneurship programs and workshops. His forte lies in designing marketing schemes, motivating team members establishing customer relationships and giving prompt solutions.
